General Situation The high-pressure system over upper Thailand starts to weaken with rising temperatures in the area. There remain cool with morning fog while the mountaintops still have cold weather.
The northeast monsoon over the Gulf of Thailand and the South has weakened with less rain over the South. Heavy rains are possible in some area. The wind waves in the Gulf of Thailand are weakening with the wave 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meter high in thundershowers.
In addition, the Category 2 tropical depression has weakened into an active low-press cell in Pakxan, Laos. It is expected to disperse upward. There remain light to moderate rain likely over the Northeast and the North in the following next day. Farmers are advised to prevent from crop damage.
