General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Cool with morning fog are forecast over the area and the mountaintops have cool to cold weather. All transports should take caution due to poor visibility. For over the Gulf of Thailand and the South, the easterly wave lies over the areas. Rain is likely in the East and the South with isolated heavy rain in the lower South. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rain and accumulated rain.
During 21 - 23 Nov, a new moderate high pressure from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and South China Sea cause isolated rain at first and then drop in temperature. While the moderate northeast monsoon prevails the Gulf and the South. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the South.
