During 11 ? 13 Dec, the high pressure system that covers upper Thailand will weak. Increasing in temperature is forecast for the upper country with morning cool with fog and dense fog in some area. During 14 ? 15 Dec, the another high pressure from China extened cover upper Thailand. Cool to cold with strong wind and 1-3 C drop in temperature are likely over the upper country while cold to very cold on the mountain top. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South, so more rain is expected in the South.
