Cool to cold weather and decreasing temperatures by 1-3 C with strong wind and is likely over upper Thailand. Mountaintops remain cold to very cold. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The rather strong northeast monsoon covers the Gulf and the South cause thundershowers and isolated heavy rain over the area. People in the South should beware of heavy rain. The rather strong winds in the Gulf force waves up about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower. All ships should proceed with caution.
