Temperature rise by 2-4C with morning fog and still cool to cold are likely over the north and northeast of Thailand. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South will weakening, so still isolated heavy rain. The wind and waves over the Gulf of Thailand is moderate, about 2 meters in the lower Gulf, above 2 meters in thundershowers.
