During 17-21 February, another moderate high pressure from China extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the weaterly trough will move pass over the upper North. Isolated thundershowers are likely over upper Thailand before decreasing in temperature by 2-4C with cool to cold and strong wind are expected in the North and the Northeast while 1-3C drop in temperature in the rest regions. During 22-23 February, the high pressure covering upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. Increasing in temperature with morning fog are forecast for the upper country

During 17-18 February, people over upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers. Farmers should prepare for crop damage. During 19-21 February, people over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers area.
Northern Part During 17-21 February, cool to cold, 2-4 C drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers mostly in the upper part.
