During 19 ? 20 March, the heat low cell covers upper Thailand. Day hot to very hot is likely over upper Thailand. The south winds and the southeasterly wind remains over thethe lower North, the lower Northeast and the East couse isolated rains in the areas. During 21 - 22 March, another strong high pressure area form China will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea while day hot to very hot over upper Thailand. Outbreaks of summer thunderstorms, thunderstorm with gusty wind and hail, are expected in the Northeast firstly, and than it will effect on the North, the East, the Central, including Bangkok and its vicinity, respectively. Afther that during 23 - 25 March, drop in temperature and cool is likely over upper Thailand.
The easterly wind that prevail across the South and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. More rains with isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. The strong wind and waves are likely in the Gufl of Thailand and the Andaman Sea, 1-2 merters and above 2 merters in the thundershower during 22 - 25 March.

During 21 - 22 March, people over upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers with gusty wind and hail. Residents should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places. Farmers should prepare for crop damage. During 23 - 25 March, people over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather and beware the poor visibility.
