General Situation The strong high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea while hot to very hot weather covers upper Thailand. Outbreaks of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail expected first in the Northeast, then the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East, and the upper South regions, respectively. Please stay safe from the severe conditions by keeping off an open area, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers are advised to prepare for crop?s damages.
From 22 to 25 March, the easterly wind prevailing over the South and the Gulf will strengthen with more rains over the South. The strong winds and waves are likely over the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
