Weather Forecast On 25 and 26 March, the heat low covers upper Thailand. Hot to very hot weather with haze are forecast over the upper country. Meanwhile, the south and the southeasterly winds bring moisture from the Gulf of Thailand and the South China Sea into the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central, and the East regions. Isolated thundershowers are likely over the areas. The moderated easterly wind prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South region. Thundershowers are likely over the South region. The winds and waves in the lower Gulf of Thailand are 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution.
From 27 to 31 March, the westerly trough will move pass over upper Thailand. Isolated thundershowers and gusty winds are expected in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. The strengthening easterly wind prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Isolated heavy rains are likely over the South.
Warning
From 27 to 31 March, people in upper Thailand should beware of the severe conditions by keeping off an open area, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers are advised to prepare for crop?s damages.
