Weather Forecast: During 1 ? 2 April, The heat low covers upper Thailand. Hot to very hot weather with haze are forecast over the upper country. The active low pressure cell covers the Andaman sea. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the South. The strong wind and waves are likely in the Andaman sea, 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers. During 3 ? 7 April, the moderate high pressure area from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea. The westerly trough will move into the North and the upper Northeast. While day hot over the country. Outbreaks of summer storms, thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails, are expected over upper Thailand. The easterly wind prevailing over the South and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the South.

Small boats keep ashore until 3 April. During 3 - 7 April, people over upper Thailand should beware of thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail. Residents should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places. Farmers should prepare for crop damage.
