General Situation The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea, and the westerly trough covers the North of Thailand. Meanwhile, the southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Hot to very hot weather continues several days, causing summer storms, together with thunderstorms, gusty winds, hail in some areas, and lightning strikes. Isolated heavy rains are also possible. For the South, the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, the southwesterly and southeasterly winds blows in with thundershowers in the area.

Northern Part Scattered thunderstorms. Isolated heavy rains, hail and gusty winds in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai,
Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Kamphaengphet and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Scattered thunderstorms and gusty winds in Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nong Khai,
Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Surin.

Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom.
