During 8 - 9 April, the heat low covers upper Thailand lead to hot weather with day haze in the areas. The southerly and the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central and the East including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity with thundershowers and gusty winds. The easterly wnid prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South and cause isolated thundershowers in the areas. During 10 - 14 April, the moderate high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over upper Thailand. Outbreaks of summer storms, thunderstorms with gusty wind is expected over upper Thailand. The easterly wnid prevail over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen. More rain and isolated heavy rains are likely in the South.

During 10 - 14 April, people in upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers with gusty winds. Farmers should prepare for crop damage.
