During 30 April - 2 May, the high-pressure system covers the North, the Northeast, the Central of Thailand is weakening. The southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to upper Thailand. Thundershowers, gusty winds, isolated heavy rainsare likely in the upper Thailand. The easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. During 3 - 4 May, the southerly and the southeasterly winds still bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to upper Thailand. Less rains with isolated thundershowers are forecast in the upper country. The easterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea with thundershowers. During 5 - 6 May, another moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. The southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to upper Thailand while the westerly trough will move to cover the Myanma and the North of Thailand. Thundershowers, gusty winds and lightning strikes are likely in upper Thailand. The easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains.
