General Situation The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is strengthening. The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, upper Laos and upper Vietnam into the low pressure cell over the upper South China Sea. More rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the North, Northeast, the Central, the East and the Southeast coast. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the Gulf will be stronger with about 2 meters in the Andaman Sea, 1-2 meters in the Gulf and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
The tropical storm ?IN-FA? over the Pacific Ocean is moving northwest with no effect on Thailand.
