Isolated heavy rains will be likely over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. People in upper Thailand should beware of the severe condition and its accumulation.
The moderate wind in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand forces the waves in the Andaman Sea up about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the Gulf and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
Meanwhile, tropical storm ?IN-FA? over the Pacific Ocean does not directly affect Thailand.
