The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand troughout the period. More rain is likely over upper Thailand with isolated heavy rain in the North, the Upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast).
The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea will be likely with 2-3 meters in the upper Andaman Sea and above 3 meters in thundershowers , as well as about 2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand with above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore throughout the period.
