During 3 ? 5 Aug, the monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the upper portion of the North, upper Laos and upper Vienam into tropical depression over the coast of southern China. During 3 ? 8 Aug, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain is likely over upper Thailand with isolated heavy rain in the North, the Upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast). The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea will be likely with 2-3 meters in the upper Andaman Sea and above 3 meters in thundershowers , as well as about 2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand with above 2 meters high in thundershowers. After that, the southwest monsoon will weaken with less rain over the country as well as the wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will weaken. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
The tropical depression over the coast of southern China, expected develop to tropical storm and moving east- northeast. This storm not effect weather in Thailand.

During 3 ? 6 Aug, people over the risk areas in the North, the Upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast) should beware of heavy rain. All ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore until 8 August.
