During 7 - 10 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the North, the Central, the East and the Northeast into the low pressure cell over the South China Sea while the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will be strengthening. More rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rain are forecast for the whole country. During 11 - 13 Sep, the monsoon trough will shift to lie across the North and the upper Northeast while the southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Less rain are likely over the whole country with isolated heavy rain.
During 8 - 13 Sep, the wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen, about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Tropical storm CONSON over the central part of the Philippines is moving west-northwest into the South China Sea by 9 September. It will further move to the Gulf of Tonkin from 12 and 13 September.

During 7 - 13 Sep, people over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
