During 23 - 26 Sep, the monsoon trough less across the Central, the East and the lower Northeast will strengthen. During 27 - 28 Sep, the monsoon trough will less across the lower Central and the upper South. Continuous rains with isolated heavy rain remains over in the Central and the South.
The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand throughout the period. The weak winds and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, 1- 2 meters in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf and about 1 meter in the lower Gulf while above 2 meters in thundershowers.
The active low pressure cell covers the middle South China Sea. It is forecast upgrade and to move to middle Vietnam (on 24 Sep) as well as move follow the monsoon trough cover the lower Northeast next time.

During 24 - 26 Sep, people over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers areas.
