General Situation The high-pressure system from China covers that upper Thailand is weakening. The easterly and the northeasterly winds prevail over upper Thailand, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Less rain in the upper country, isolated heavy rain is forecast in the South regions. People in the risk areas should beware of thundershowers in this as well as heavy rain.
The active low-pressure cell over the middle South China Sea will be likely intensify and make landfall over the lower Vietnam during 27-28 October 2021.
