General Situation The high-pressure system from China cover upper Thailand is weakening. The easterly and the northeasterly winds prevail over upper Thailand, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Less rain in the upper country, thundershowers is forecast in the South regions.
The active low-pressure cell over the middle South China Sea will be likely intensify and make landfall over the lower Vietnam during 27-28 October 2021. Tropical storm MALOU over the Pacific Ocean with no effect on Thailand?s weather.
