During 27 - 30 Oct, the active low cell over lower Vietnam will move to Cambodia while the high pressure covers upper Thailand and the south China Sea with the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the country. More rain is likely over the upper country with isolated heavy rain in the lower North, the lower Northeast, the lower Central, the East including Bangkok and vicinity. During 31 Oct ? 2 Nov, another high pressure will move to the upper country and the south China Sea with less rain and isolated thundershower in upper Thailand.
The easterly and the northeasterly winds prevail over the South and the Gulf of Thailand throughout the period with continuous rain and isolated heavy rain.

During 27 ? 30 Oct, people in the upper country should take care their health due to the variable weather and be caution of thundershowers with gust. During 31 Oct ? 2 Nov, people over upper Thailand should take care theirselve due to the variable weather. People over the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and over flows throughout the period.
