The high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand with cool weather and a decrease in temperatures by 1-3 C. People should keep healthy due to the cooler condition.
The stronger northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the Andaman Sea leads to isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South. The strong wind forces the waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf, more than 3 meters high in thundershowers, and 1-2 meters in the Andaman Sea. Residents along the Gulf beware of inshore surge. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 13 November.
