Weather Forecast During 12 - 14 Nov, the strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South while the active low pressure cell cover the South of Thailand. It is expected to move to cover Andaman Sea on 14 November 2021. Heavy in many places with isolated very heavy rains are likely in the South. The wind and waves in the Gulf of Thailand become stronger, 2-3 meters height over the Gulf, above 3 meters in the thundershowers and 1-2 meters over the Andaman Sea. The moderate high-pressure area from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Remains cool in the morning over North and the Northeast. During 15 - 18 Nov, the high-pressure area cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea will be weakening. Rise in temperature 1-3 C, morning fog and isolated thundershowers are likely over upper Thailand. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will be weakening. Less rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the South. The wind and waves in the Gulf of Thailand be also weaken, 1-2 meters height over the Gulf, about 2 meters in the thundershowers and about 1 meter over the Andaman Sea.Warning During 12 - 14 Nov, people in the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and over flows. Residents along the Gulf?s shore should watch for inshore surge. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf keep ashore.
