During 15 - 21 Nov, the weak high-pressure area covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning fog over upper Thailand, but it remains cool in the North and the Northeast, isolated thundershowers are likely over the upper country. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South is weakening. Decreasing rain in the South but still isolated heavy rain. The weak wind and waves are likely in the Gulf, 1-2 meters height, about 2 meters in the thundershowers and about 1 meter in the Andaman Sea.

During 15 - 16 Nov, people in the upper South should beware of accumulation that may cause flash flood and over flows. All transport should proceed with caution in foggy areas throughout the period.
