During 16 - 21 Nov, the weak high-pressure area covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning fog over upper Thailand, but it remains cool in the North and the Northeast, isolated thundershowers are likely over the upper country. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South is weakening. Decreasing rain in the South but still isolated heavy rain. The weak wind and waves are likely in the Gulf, 1-2 meters height, about 2 meters in the thundershowers and about 1 meter in the Andaman Sea. On 22 Nov, another rather strong high-pressure area from China will covers upper Thailand. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the Northeast after that in the North, the Centrl and the East next time. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strangthen. More rain in the and isolated heavy rain. The wind and waves will strangthen, about 2 meters height in the Gulf, above 2 meters in the thundershowers.
