During 19 - 22 Nov, the weak high-pressure area covers upper Thailand. Isolated thundershowers and light fog in the morning are forecast over the upper country, cool weather remains in the North and the Northeast. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South is weakening cause less rain but still isolated heavy rain in the areas. During 23 -25 Nov, another rather strong high-pressure area from China will extend to upper Northeast of Thailand. Temperature will drop 3-5 C in the Northeast. The North, the Central and Eastern regions will be affected in the future. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the South. The wind and waves will strengthen, about 2 meters height in the Gulf, above 2 meters in the thundershowers.Warning During 22-25 Nov, people in the Northeast should take care their health due to the variable weather. People in the risky areas in the southern region should beware of the heavy rain and accumulated rain during this period. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
