During 24 - 27 Nov, the rather strong high-pressure system from China cover upper Thailand. Cool with strong wind are forecast over upper country. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. More rains and isolated heavy rains are expected in the South. The moderates wind and waves over the Gulf with about 2 meters high, above 2 meters high in thundershower areas and 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea. During 28 - 30 Nov, another rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand. 2-4 C drop in temperature with cool to cold strong wind are forecast in the upper country and isolated rain in the Northeast, the East and the Central. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen. The active low pressure over the lower South China Sea will move to cover in the South. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are expected in the South. The wind and waves over the Gulf will strengthen, 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershower areas, about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea.
