Weather Forecast: During 14 - 15 Dec, high pressure system from China cover upper Thailand. Cool to cold are forecast in the Northeast region. Morning cool are forecast in the Central and the East regions. During 16 - 17 Dec, the high pressure system cover upper Thailand will weaken cause morning light fog with increasing in temperature 1-3 C. Cool to cold weather are forecast in the upper country. During 18 - 20 Dec, another high pressure system from China will extend to cover upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather in the upper country. Decreasing in temperature 2-4 C are forecast in the Northeast and the East regions and decreasing in temperature 1-3 C are forecast in the North and the Central regions. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails across the gulf of Thailand while an active low-pressure cell over Borneo will move pass Malaysia and the lower South of Thailand during 15 ? 18 Dec 2021, cause more rain with isolated heavy rain in the South. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters are forecast for the lower gulf of Thailand. Wave height 1-2 meters are forecast for the Andaman Sea.
The tropical storm ?RAI? on the east of Philippines will move to the South China Sea durring 17 ? 18 Dec with no direct effect to Thailand.

Warning: People in the upper country should take care of their health due to cool to cold weather throughout the period and should beware of poor visibility during 16 - 17 Dec. On 15 - 18 Dec, people in the lower South should beware of heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers area.
