In addition, the westerly trough will move pass over the North, the Northeast and the Upper Central during 22 ? 26 Dec. cause isolated thundershowers in these areas. The northeast monsoon prevail across the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea will weaken. Less rain is likely in the lower South. The wind and waves in the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea will weaken, 1-2 meters in the gulf of Thailand and about 1 meter in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
Typhoon ?RAI? over the upper South China Sea move northward will pass Hainan Island today. This storms has no effect on Thailand.
Warning Warning: During 20 - 21 Dec. people in the South should beware of heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers area.
