General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand is weakening. Cool to cold are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-12 C while the Northeast ranges by 6-14 C. People should keep healthy due to the variable weather.
The northeast monsoon prevails the Gulf and the South while the low pressure cell covers the lower Andaman Sea. These cause isolated heavy rain in the lower South. The moderates wind forces the waves in the Gulf and Andaman Sea1-2 meters high, and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
Tropical depression ?RAI? over the upper South China Sea, expected it will downgrade to low pressure cell and dissipate. This storm has not affected Thailand.
