During 24 - 26 Dec, the high-pressure system which covers upper Thailand is weakening, 1-2 C increase in temperature with morning fog in the upper country. In addition, the westerly trough will move- through the North, the upper Northeast and the Upper Central, southeasterly wind that prevails over the lower Northeast, the East and the lower Central will cause isolated rain or thundershowers in these areas. The northeast monsoon that prevails over the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea is weakening. Wind and waves in the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea will weaken, wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in the thundershower areas. Isolated thundershowers are forecast in the South mostly in the lower part. During 27 - 30 Dec, the rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to cover upper Thailand beginning in the Northeast and the East, causing 2-5 C decrease in temperature with windy are forecasted in the Northeast and the East. 1-4 C decrease in temperature with windy is forecasted in the North and the Central on the next day. The northeast monsoon prevails across the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea will strengthen, causing wave height is 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers areas in the gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. Thundershowers are increase in the South mostly in the lower part.

People in the upper country should take care of their health due to variable weather through the period. People and outdoor activities should beware of isolated rain, thundershowers and poor visibility during 24-26 Dec and beware of windy during 27-30 Dec.
