General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand. Cool to cold condition, with strong winds are forecast in the area. The North mountaintops have cold to very cold condition with the minimum temperature in range of 6-12 C. The Northeast mountaintops have cold weather with the minimum temperature in range of 9-14 C. People in the upper country should keep healthy.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevail over the Gulf forces the wind waves in the Gulf 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
