General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system is weakening with remaining cool to cold and strong winds in upper Thailand. Cool to cold is forecast in the North and the Northeast regions while morning cool is forecast in the Central and the East regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-12 C while the Northeast ranges by 8-15 C. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to the variable weather.
The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Gulf 1-2 meters high, in the lower Gulf about 2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high while the Andaman Sea has about 1 meter high and offshore 1-2 meters high. People in the lower South should beware of accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows. People along the Gulf should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Southern Part (West Coast) Isolated thundershower mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun.
