General Situation The high-pressure system from China covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea, forcing the southerly and southeasterly winds to blow the humidity to the lower North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions with possible thundershowers in some places. The westerly winds at high altitude prevail over the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand. Cool to cold, with possible morning fog, is likely in the North and the Northeast. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-12 C while the Northeast ranges by 8-14 C. People in the upper country keep healthy, and all transports take more caution in poor visibility.

mostly in Nan, Uttaradit, Phetchabun and Phitsanulok.

Northeastern Part Cool with fog in the morning. Isolated thundershowers
mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bung Kan, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Mukdahan, Mahasarakam, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen Nakhon, Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Eastern Part Cloudy with isolated thundershowers mostly in Chachoengsao, Prachin Buri,
