General Situation The westerly winds in the upper wind cover the upper Nort bring cold air from the Myanma over the upper North causing temperature will drop 1-3 C. People in the North should keep healthy due to the variable weather .
The high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening causing temperature rise in the Northeast, the Central and the Eastern part. The easterly winds prevail over the South. More rains are also forecast for all those regions in some places. The wind and waves are likely in the lower Gulf a1-2 meters high and in thundershowers above 2 meters high. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution.
