General Situation The upper westerly winds from Myanmar cover the North causing cool to cold with fog in the morning. Meanwhile, the high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening causing cool with fog in the morning and rise in temperature in the Northeast, the Central and the Eastern part. People in the North should keep healthy due to the variable weather and all transport take more caution in poor visibility.
The easterly winds prevail over the South. Isolated thundershowers are forecast in the lower South. The weakening wind and waves are likely in the lower Gulf about 1 meter high and in thundershowers 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
