Meanwhile, the weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand causing morning fog with thick fog in some places but still cool in the Northeast. All transport take more caution in poor visibility.
The moderates easterly winds prevail over the South. Isolated thundershowers are forecast in the lower South.
