General Situation There remains westerly winds at high altitude over the upper North of Thailand with cool to cold covering the North in the morning. Meanwhile, the weak high-pressure system over upper Thailand and the South China Sea forces the southeast wind to blow the humidity to the lower Northeast, the Central and the East regions. Morning fog is forecast with isolated rain in the upper country while cool weather remains in the Northeast. All transports take more caution in poor visibility. The moderate easterly winds prevail over the South with isolated thundershowers.
From 11 to 13 February, the westerly trough will move to the North and the Northeast of the country with variable weather by possible thunderstorms, strong winds and hail in some places.

Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern Part Morning fog. Isolated thundershowers
mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C.
Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter offshore.
Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers
mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani,
Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.
Surat Thani upwards: Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave height below 1 meter and about 1 meter in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with isolated thundershowers mostly in Rangong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.

Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter offshore.
Metropolitan Cloudy with fog in the morning. Isolated thundershowers.
