During 11 ? 16 Feb, the weak high-pressure system covering the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea forces the southeasterly winds to bring humidity from the South China Sea into the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and the East caused morning cool and fog with isolated thundershowers are likely over upper Thailand. During 11-13 Feb, the westerly trough will prevail over the North and the upper Northeast while the southerly and the southeasterly prevail over the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails are forecast in some areas of the upper country. The easterly wind prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers throughout the period.

People in the upper country should maintain their health due to the variable weather and all transports take more caution in poor visibility throughout the period. During 11 ? 16 Feb, people over upper Thailand should beware of thunderstorm with gusty wind and hails. Residents should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places.
