Meanwhile, the easterly and the southeasterly winds brings the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the Northeast, the Central and the East. There remain continuous thundershowers and gusty winds in the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. People in the upper country should beware of the severe condition by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards.

Northern Part Upper part: cool to cold with morning fog and thick patches in some places.

Sukhothai, Chaing Mai, Lamphun, Lamphang, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
