On 15 Feb, the high pressure-system from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the easterly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country with thundershower and isolated heavy rain. The strengthening easterly wind prevails over the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers Sumatra with isolated heavy to very heavy rain for the South. During 16 ? 18 Feb, the high pressure-system over upper Thailand will weaken with morning fog and isolated thundershowers over the upper country. The easterly wind still prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers and isolated heavy rain for the South. During 19 -21 Feb, another high pressure-system from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country with thunderstorms and gusty wind in the upper country. The easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf and the South will weaken. Less rain is likely for the South.Warning During 15 ? 18 Feb, people in upper Thailand and the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers. During 19 - 21 Feb, people in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crop damage.
