During 17 ? 18 Feb, the high pressure-system over upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken with morning fog and isolated thundershowers over the upper country. The easterly wind still prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers and isolated heavy rain for the South. During 19 -23 Feb, another high pressure-system from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country with thunderstorms and gusty wind in the upper country before decreasing temperature. The easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf and the South cause rainfall remains in the South.Warning During 17 ? 18 Feb, people should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers. During 19 - 21 Feb, people in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crop damage.
