During 21 - 22 Feb, the high pressure covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea with the southeasterly wind prevails over the areas. Cool to cold weather is expected over the upper country with isolated thundershowers. During 23 - 27 Feb, another rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Decreasing temperature will be forecast over upper Thialand leacing cool to cold weather remain in the North and the Northeast regions while cool weather is forecast in the Central, the East, including Bangkok and its vicinity. The easterly wind that prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen while the low-pressure cell over Borneo will move through Malaysia. More rain and isolated heavy rains are likely in the lower South. The wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand will be stronger. In the lower Gulf of Thailand, wave height is likely 2 - 3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.

People in the upper country should take care of their health. During 23 ? 27 Feb, people in the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers while small boats keep ashore.
