During 24 - 26 Feb, The easterly wind that prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen while the low-pressure cell over Borneo moves through Malaysia and the lower South of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the lower South. The rather strong wind wave covers the Gulf of Thailand. In the lower Gulf of Thailand, wave height is likely 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. Meanwhile, another rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather remains in the North and the Northeast regions while cool weather is forecast in the Central, the East, including Bangkok and its vicinity.
During 27 Feb ? 2 Mar, the high-pressure system that covers upper Thailand will be weakening cause the temperature will rise with fog in the morning. The Southern part will be decreasing rainfall. The strong easterly winds still cover the lower gulf cause wave height is likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

During 24 ? 26 Feb, people in the South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause a flash flood. People in the upper country should take care of their health. During 24 ? 28 Feb, all ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers while small boats keep ashore. During 27 Feb ? 1 Feb, all transports in the upper country take more caution in poor visibility.
