During 25 - 27 Feb, the low-pressure cell over coastal of Malaysia will move through Malaysia and the lower South of Thailand, and then move continuously to the lower Andaman Sea while the easterly wind that prevails over the Gulf and the South is stronger. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the lower South. The strong wind wave covers the Gulf of Thailand. In the lower Gulf of Thailand, wave height is likely 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. Meanwhile, another rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather remains in the North and the Northeast regions while cool weather is forecast in the Central, the East, including Bangkok and its vicinity.
During 28 Feb ? 3 Mar, the high-pressure system that covers upper Thailand will be weakening cause the temperature will rise with fog in the morning. The Southern part will be decreasing rainfall. The easterly winds still cover the lower gulf cause wave height is likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

During 25 ? 27 Feb, people in the South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause a flash flood. People in the upper country should take care of their health. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers while small boats keep ashore. During 28 Feb ? 3 Feb, all transports in the upper country take more caution in poor visibility.
