General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the southeasterly winds blows the humidity to the upper country. An increase in temperature, with morning fog, is forecast in the upper country while isolated rain is expected in the East.
The easterly and the northeasterly winds across the Gulf is weakening with less rain in the South. In the Gulf, the wind forces the waves 1-2 meters high in the lower portion and more than about 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
