General Situation A heat low cell covers upper Thailand while the southeasterly winds blows the humidity to the upper country. An increase in temperature, with morning fog and hot during the day, forecast in the upper country while isolated rain is expected in Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. All transports in the upper country take more caution in poor visibility.
The easterly winds across the Gulf is weakening with isolated thundershowers in the South. In the Gulf, the wind forces the waves 1-2 meters high in the lower portion and more than about 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
