General Situation
The heat low covers upper Thailand where hot weather occurs with day haze. People should stay safe due to the changeable weather. In the Gulf of Thailand, the southeasterly winds prevails across with isolated thundershowers over the South.
On 1 and 2 April, another rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, upper Thailand has hot weather with possible summer storms. First, it also comes with thundershowers, strong winds and isolated hail including lightning strikes before a decrease in temperature and strong winds. In addition, the active low-pressure cell over the middle South China Sea is likely to move to the lower Vietnam and the tip of Indochina. It will cover the South of Thailand by 2 and 3 April, forcing the easterly and northeasterly winds to go stronger prevailing across the Gulf of Thailand with more rain in the South. Heavy rains are also possible. The stronger wind forces the waves in the Gulf about 2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high.

Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central Part Hot with day haze. Isolated thundershowers
mostly in Saraburi, Pra Nakhon Si Ayuthaya, Kanchanaburi,
Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.
Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-37 C.
Southwesterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Eastern Part Hot with day haze. Scattered thundershowers
mostly in Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-37 C.
Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave height below 1 meter and about 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Phatthalung.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C.
Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave height below 1 meter and about 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern Part (West Coast) Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C.
Northwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Metropolitan Hot with day haze. Isolated thundershowers.
Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-36 C.
