In the first period, thunderstorms and isolated heavy rains with gusty winds and hail are likely in upper Thailand. Ater that , strong wind and temperature will drop is likely over upper Thailand, 5-7 C in the Northeast and 2-4 C in the North, the Central, Bangkok and its vicinity including the East that will help the weather cool down. During 4 ? 7 Apr, the rather strong high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand wiil weaken. Temperature will rise, 3-5 C.
The low-pressure cell over the Cambodia and the tip of Indochina will move to the Gulf of Thailand and the South during 2 and 3 April. The easterly wind and the northeasterly wind prevail across the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rains are likely in the South with isolated heavy rain. Meanwhile, the stronger winds force the waves in the Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. After that, wind wave in the Gulf 1-2 meters high.
